Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. General Policy: Customers have the right to cancel their reservation with Pangea Travel under the following conditions.
1.2. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their reservation up to two weeks (14 days) before their scheduled (reservation,service,departure, booking,etc.) date to be eligible for a refund.
1.3. Cancellation Request: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pangeatravelturkey.com

2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Refund Eligibility: Customers who cancel within the specified cancellation period (two weeks before the reservation,service,departure booking,etc.) date are eligible for a refund.
2.2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after receiving a valid cancellation request.
If the bank charges any extra transaction fees Pangea Travel will not cover it.
2.3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the reservation.
2.4. Partial Refunds: For cancellations made after the treshold for cancellation peroid, Pangea Travel reserves the right to withhold the total cost or percentage of the total cost of the payment.

3. Exceptions:
3.1. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Pangea Travel's control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the cancellation and refund policy may be subject to modification.
3.2. Special Circumstances: Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances. Customers are encouraged to contact info@pangeatravelturkey.com to discuss individual situations.
Pangea travel reserves the right to cancel and refund or do not cancel and refund on such cases.

4. Reservation Changes:
4.1. Date Changes: Customers may request to change the date of their reservation subject to availability. Date changes must be requested at least 14 days before the original arrival date.
4.2. Additional Charges: Date changes may be subject to additional charges based on the updated reservation details and seasonal price differences.
